Associate - CMM Operator Ahmedabad, India | Position Code: 1209AA

About the Role: We are looking for an Associate - CMM Operator who works effectively in a quick-paced environment and independently performs CMM inspections to ensure products meet customer drawings and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience operating Hexagon CMM machines

- Strong working knowledge of PC-DMIS software (programming execution)

- Ability to create, edit, and run offline and online CMM programs

- Sound understanding of GDT

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings

- Knowledge of datums, alignments, probe calibration, and qualification

- Experience with first article inspection (FAI) and batch inspection

- Ability to analyze inspection results and generate CMM inspection reports





- Understanding of measurement uncertainty and inspection best practices

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards

Requirements

- 2+ years of total working experience in related domain

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical / Any related field

- Flexible to Shift work

- Flexibility to go beyond normal work hours in time of need and support other functions
