A Quality Control (QC) Head leads the quality inspection and testing operations, setting rigorous safety, compliance, and product standards across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

- Strategy & Standards: Develop and implement Head of Quality Control testing protocols, inspection criteria, and product specifications.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train QC inspectors, engineers, and laboratory technicians.

- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations, health and safety guidelines, and industry certifications (ISO 9001, cGMP).

- Process Control: Monitor raw materials, production lines, and final outputs, approving compliant products and rejecting defects.

- Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate major quality deviations, lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans,



and handle customer complaints.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical discipline.

- Experience: 15 to 18+ years in quality control or manufacturing, with at least 10 to 15 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Skills: Solid expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC), root-cause analysis tools, and quality management systems.

- Certifications: Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹8,860.60 - ₹66,545.48 per month
