Garment Inspection &

- Measurement

- Inspect garments received from China against approved sample, PO, and specifications — check quantity, style, colour, size ratio, and assortment.

- Identify defects (stains, holes, fabric issues, shade variation, stitching, loose threads, uneven finishing) and check trims, zippers, buttons, labels, and prints.

- Measure garments against the approved spec sheet and identify size/fit deviations (POMs).

Packing, Quantity &

- Assortment Verification

- Check folding, polybagging, tagging, carton packing, and presentation; ensure correct SKU/style/size/colour labels and barcodes.

- Verify carton quantity against packing list/invoice and report shortages, excess, or assortment mismatches.

AQL Sampling &

- Shipment Consistency

- Conduct sampling-based inspection per AQL standards; record defect percentages and segregate defective pieces.





- Check samples across cartons for shipment-wide consistency and flag responsible/repeated issues to the QC Manager.

Defect Reporting &

- Supplier Feedback

- Maintain inspection reports (style, quantity checked, defects, rejection/rework) with photo documentation.

- Share quality feedback with suppliers and track supplier-wise and style-wise quality performance.

Stock Segregation &

- Warehouse Coordination

- Segregate OK, defective, damaged, and hold stock; ensure rejected stock isn't moved to saleable inventory without approval.

- Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, buying, and inventory teams; release only approved stock for sale/distribution.

- Catch quality issues before they reach stores, marketplaces, or customers.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
