Role Overview :

You will own quality across Mynt end-to-end : a multi-service Node / TypeScript backend on PostgreSQL; a medallion data architecture (bronze ? silver ? gold) that turns raw source data into a reconciled, analytics-ready financial layer; a React TypeScript web application (a customer-facing app and an admin console); a Flutter-based cross-platform mobile app; and a Python-based AI Assistant that answers questions over that data plus the billing, reporting, and notification subsystems on top.

Youll design the test strategy, build the automation (end-to-end and API), verify the numbers to the rupee, prove the AI Assistants answers are grounded in the data, hammer the experience across web and mobile, and be the technical partner developers actually want precise repros, root-cause pointers, and the occasional fix. You own the quality bar; you dont just execute a checklist.

The AI-Augmented Edge :

At our company, AI is your primary workforce. Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Gemini to generate test cases and automation, reason about edge cases and failure modes, reproduce (and sometimes patch) bugs, and cross-check tricky finance and data logic targeting a 3x5x efficiency gain.

Practise Cross-LLM Validation : one model writes the tests, another hunts for the cases it missed. Your value is measured by escaped-defect rate, release confidence, and how robust,



correct, and genuinely usable the shipped product is not by the number of test cases you log.

Core Responsibilities :

- Test Strategy & Coverage : Design risk-based test strategies, maintain regression suites, and own pre-release sign-off.
- Automation & Tooling : Build E2E suites for web and mobile, perform API/Contract testing, and integrate into CI pipelines.
- Financial-Data & AI Verification : Reconcile financial outputs against source records and validate AI Assistant analytics against ground truth.
- Cross-Platform & Non-Functional : Test across browsers/devices, ensure usability/accessibility, and perform security-aware testing.
- Bug Advocacy : Write reproducible bug reports, isolate root causes, and contribute small patches to the codebase.

Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience owning quality for production web/mobile products.
- Hands-on experience with UI automation (Playwright/Cypress/Selenium) and API testing.
- Technical fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and reading server logs.
- Experience in correctness-critical domains like fintech or data analytics.
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
