Brief about team

Consumer Products team is a center of excellence within the Category Management vertical of Tata 1mg. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to identify & execute opportunities to launch private label products under Tata 1mg brand name. The team works to identify private label product opportunities & develops in-depth understanding of products to be launched.

The team works with vendor partners for developing high quality products & owns the complete lifecycle of product from conceptualizing to owning sales across channels. The projects span across business verticals including e-pharma, institutional business, e-diagnostics and retail.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Associate to support our Quality Assurance function across documentation, compliance, and shopfloor quality activities. This role is ideal for B.Pharm/M.Pharm students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to industry QA practices, manufacturing compliance, and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities





QA Documentation & Record Management

- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining QA documentation (SOPs, COAs, Specifications, Batch Records).
- Update quality logs, registers, tracking sheets, and master documents.
- Support digitization of QA documentation and file management systems.

Quality Systems (QMS) Support

- Assist in Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, Complaints, and Audit documentation.
- Support creation of process compliance reports and QA observations.
- Participate in internal audits and vendor audits preparation.

Stability & Testing Coordination

- Assist in stability study planning, sample labeling, inventory tracking, and data recording.
- Coordinate RM/PM sampling with QC teams and maintain testing logs.

Shopfloor QA Support
- Support QA Officers during in-process checks, line clearance, and GMP compliance monitoring.
- Assist in monitoring hygiene, safety, and documentation compliance on the shopfloor.
- Observe and record real-time production/process issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, QC, Regulatory, and Procurement teams for QA tasks.
- Assist in artwork approvals, specification sheets, and product documentation for new product development.

Qualifications

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm/Food Tech graduate with 2-3 years of experience.
- Understanding of QA, QC, and basic manufacturing processes.
- Solid interest in Quality Systems and regulatory documentation.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong documentation, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and follow structured workflows.
