Participate as an active and core member of the Scrum team to ensure quality is built in to products and services.
Take exposure of Agile Development Methodology.
Participates in Sprint planning and collaborates with Product Management team.
Exposure to Automation tools like Selenium Web Driver and Test Link for test cases.
Provides input into design, software development, software integration testing, and release of the final product.
Develops transparent and concise testing strategies with robust and comprehensive test plans to verify product functionality,
Develops and documents test cases and test scenarios based on software requirements and technical specifications and appropriately prioritizes testing tasks and test cases.
Performs black box testing against multiple browsers and platforms.
Performs testing of web services and data migration.
Performs integration testing to ensure end to end scenarios meet overall business requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
>> Assists in writing code to create single-threaded or user interface event driven applications.
>> Assists in writing, modifying,
and debugging software for client applications and writes programs according to specifications from higher-level personnel.
>> May help to develop the critical components of the solution, including but not limited to, security, rules infrastructure and application interfaces.
>> Uses source debuggers and visual development environments. Profiles, analyzes and optimizes the software.
>> Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
>> Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
>> Experience in web and mobile applications testing
>> Proven work experience in software quality assurance
