About the Role

Kranti Group is seeking an experienced Engineer – QMS to lead and oversee the organization's Quality Management Systems function. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QMS implementation, audits, compliance, documentation and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee complete QMS operations across the organization.
- Sustain, monitor and upgrade QMS in line with applicable global standards and requirements .
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 .




- Coordinate with external statutory agencies for regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate and manage customer audits .
- Plan and execute internal audits, LPA audits and 5S audits .
- Monitor quality KPIs and conduct monthly management reviews .
- Ensure timely identification, corrective action and closure of Non-Conformities (NCs) .
- Oversee Environmental and OHS (EOHS) systems and related compliance activities.
- Conduct employee training related to quality and environmental management systems .
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across relevant QMS processes.
- Maintain and ensure effective implementation of required quality documentation and procedures.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience in QMS / Quality / Manufacturing
- Practical knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Experience handling customer, internal, LPA and 5S audits
- Robust understanding of QMS documentation, compliance and corrective actions
- Experience in monitoring KPIs and management reviews
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Immediate joiners preferred
