We are looking for experienced Quadient Inspire Senior Developers with strong hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire and Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer and preferably experience with Inspire Scaler and Inspire Interactive, along with document composition, template development, data mapping, integration, deployment, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scaler.
- Develop dynamic document templates, reusable components, styles, layouts, business rules, and personalized communications.
- Work on batch and on-demand communication processes for high-volume document generation.
- Perform data mapping and transformation for document composition.
- Integrate Quadient Inspire solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, CRM/ERP, and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to templates, layouts, data mapping, workflows, and document generation.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and output validation.
- Optimize templates and workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support deployments across DEV, UAT, and Production environments.
- Handle production incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, estimation, release planning, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution specifications, data mappings, and deployment procedures.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for successful releases and deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on Quadient Inspire development experience.
- Experience with document composition and CCM solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with distributed teams.
- Candidates available immediately or within 15 days will be given high priority.
- Candidates must be available to work from Bangalore.
