We are looking for a Testing Engineer to join our QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual and automated testing practices. This role requires a deep understanding of testing frameworks, agile processes, and hands-on experience in designing test strategies and managing the testing phase based on business requirements.

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience testing custom web applications or CRM applications.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross team members to ensure product quality.
- Experience of various types of testing like functional, smoke, exploratory, sanity, regression, retesting etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in software test cycle and experience of testing API webservices and database testing.
- Must have E2E test experience developing test strategy, test plan and test cases.
- Experience in test execution, defect management, test reporting, supporting defect.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum/ticket-driven process and continuous integration.
- Own responsibility for end-to-end product quality including defect management and oversight, status reporting and metrics creation, and escalation for issues discovered during the testing phases.
- Assist the project team in identifying and monitoring project testing risks and issues.
- Experience in assessment and planning of test efforts for new functional and features.
- Understand and follow compliance requirements with established testing procedures and methodologies.




- High level of proficiency in analyzing requirements and impact analysis.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet project goals within tight deadlines.

Desired Skills

- Should have testing worked experience on Web application.
- Ability to understand the business processes and technical design for QA purposes.
- Should have sound knowledge and understanding of QA Processes, STLC and SDLC.
- Positive exposure on Bug Life Cycle, Bug Tracking Tool, and Project Management Tools.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cypress, Postman (for API testing)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams.
- Ability to write and test basic SQL queries and experience in database testing.

Nice to have skills

- Good to have testing experience and working in continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment required.
- Good to have Ability to write code in one or more programming languages like Java, Python, C#,
- JavaScript and experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advantage of having automation and performance testing experience in any testing tools.
- Should have knowledge about the managed and unmanaged solutions in CRM applications.
- Performance testing experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Knowledge of security testing basics or tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
- Experience in mobile app testing (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).
- Certification in QA/Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).

 Should have the knowledge of Security roles/restrictions and Various user roles.
