Role & responsibilities

- Supervise labour, contractors, and subcontractors at site.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Allocate daily work to workers and monitor productivity.
- Check measurements and progress of completed work.
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and work-progress records.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Project/Site Engineer.
- Monitor work against the project schedule and deadlines.
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries.
- Inspect completed work and arrange corrections/rectification where required.
