We are looking for an experienced QA Delivery Manager to lead multiple enterprise-level projects, drive delivery excellence, and manage large cross-functional teams.

Experience : 12 to 16 Years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously with end-to-end delivery ownership.
- Lead and mentor 20 member teams across multiple projects.
- Drive enterprise-level Automation / Digital Transformation projects.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project planning, governance, risks, timelines, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across projects.
- Leverage knowledge of test automation / automation frameworks to drive automation initiatives.

Must Have :

- 12 to 16 years of overall IT experience
- Solid experience in Delivery / Project Management
- Experience managing 20 team members
- Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong exposure to Automation / Enterprise - level projects
- Excellent client & stakeholder management skills
- Candidates from IT Services / Service - Based companies preferred
