We are hiring for Solar Project based out of Pavagada, Karnataka.

Role & responsibilities

:

- Supervise and Monitor all Project Related works in terms of Quality for construction of piling foundation, MMS, DC/AC Works, Roads, Drainage, 33kV OHL, EHV TL, Robotic cleaning, Tracker installation, ICR/MCR, Shed, SCADA, EBOP-Equipment erection, CCTV, PSS, and GSS.
- Check inspection and certify all Project Activities with visual verification.
- Supervise raw material & in process and cube test at site as per agreed FQP.
- Supervision and Inspection of Complete Civil/ Structural Works related Site Preparation, Sub Structure Works, Erection of Posts, Tilt Brackets, Erection of Module Mounting Structures, and Erection of Solar Panel Array.
- Construction Civil/Structural Works related to the Construction of Substations, Yards, Transformer Stations & Compound Wall.
- Daily checklist, observation, NCR Related documentation
- Check after excavation of pit and its related activities including diameter & depth of excavated pit, surface levelling & dressing, and verify the availability of documents.
- Monitoring of detailed methodology for ground improvement techniques (soil reengineering)



and checking the Quality of Work Plain Cement Concrete grade and thickness, levelling of PCC as per drawing, provision of GI strip for earthing, etc. and review and check Grade of concrete.
- Verification of marking of location for pile foundation in N-E Direction.
- Inspection of Rebar, Form Work, conduit piles laying etc.,
- Adherence to Codes and Standards (Knowledge of Codes and Standards), Piling / Foundation, RCC.
- Review of contractor manpower & verify QA arrangement at site during foundation work.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Inspection Reports
- Reporting Non-Conformance, Identifying Route Cause and Recommending Corrective actions.
- Discussing & arranging cube testing of concrete & grouting work and updating document respectively
- Supervise & monitor of water cement ratio, Slump & cube filling at site.
- Inspection and closure of all punch points with handover of project to O&M; Team.

Preferred candidate profile Civil- B. Tech/Diploma with 7 -10 years experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solar construction activity.
