- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and report any bugs or defects
- Create and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Collaborate with development team to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Document and track all testing activities and results
- Perform regression testing to ensure previous defects have been resolved
- Identify and report any potential risks or issues that may impact the quality of the software
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results
- Assist in the development and maintenance of testing tools and processes
- Collaborate with other QA team members to continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Provide support during user acceptance testing and production releases
- Conduct ad-hoc testing as needed to ensure overall software quality
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and HP Quality Center
- Understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to write and execute test cases and scripts
