About the Role

Stackup Learning Hub is looking for a Python Mentor cum Developer who can combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to guide and mentor students. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python development and be comfortable explaining technical concepts through practical, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and implement Python-based applications and projects.
- Guide and mentor students in Python development, coding practices, and real-world project implementation, ensuring they gain practical, industry-relevant skills.
- Collaborate with the academic and development teams to improve training content and project quality.

What We Look For





- Strong technical fundamentals in Python development.
- Practical, project-based Python development experience.
- Candidates with both development and mentoring/training exposure will have an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Passion for mentoring and teaching.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students with different levels of understanding.
- Willingness to work in a learning-oriented and project-based environment.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of Python programming and OOP concepts.
- Familiarity with Django / Flask / FastAPI is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases, Git, and GitHub.
- Experience working on real-world Python projects is preferred.
