Python Full Stack Developer

Graspion Technologies is looking for a passionate Python Full Stack Developer (0-2 years experience) to join our growing team. This is a great prospect for someone who wants to work on real, end-to-end projects and grow with an early-stage company.

Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain backend APIs using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
- Build clean, responsive frontend interfaces and integrate them with backend systems
- Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB)
- Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with the team on architecture and design decisions for new features
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across the full stack
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
- Stay updated with new tools, libraries, and best practices in Python and web development

Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience in Python full stack development (freshers with strong project experience are welcome to apply)
- Good understanding of Python and at least one framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)




- Familiarity with frontend technologies — HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue is a plus)
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, database design, and version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a small, fast-paced team

Good to have

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Render/Railway)
- Understanding of Docker or basic DevOps concepts
- Any personal/academic projects showcasing full stack work (please share GitHub links if available)
