Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

- Production Support:

Monitor stock levels (raw materials, components), forecast requirements, and coordinate with production to meet demand.

- Quality &

- Logistics Control:

Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and track orders for timely delivery.

- Documentation &

- Reporting:

Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and maintain records in ERP systems.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 0-6 years in procurement, ideally within manufacturing, chemical, or rubber industries.

- Skills: Robust negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems.

- Education: Degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

Industry-Specific Focus

- Raw Material Sourcing: Procuring natural and synthetic rubber, curing agents, fillers, and vulcanizing agents.





- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring materials meet quality standards.

- Tooling Cost Management: Tracking costs related to molding equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing &
- Vendor Management:

Researching, identifying, and vetting potential suppliers; building strong supplier relationships.

- Negotiation: Securing favourable pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors.

- Procurement: Creating and issuing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.

- Quality Control: Inspecting purchased products and resolving any quality issues.

- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and placing reorders as needed.

- Record Keeping &

- Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of purchases, vendors, and costs; preparing reports.

- Market Analysis: Staying updated on market trends and finding cost-effective solutions.
