Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement and vendor coordination for multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, stationery, furniture, and other requirements.

- Collect quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and place purchase orders.

- Coordinate and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.

- Manage procurement requirements for different branches.

- Coordinate logistics, dispatches, and deliveries to branches.

- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, and invoices.

- Monitor pending orders and resolve delivery or quality issues.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
