Role Description The Public Speaking and Communication Teacher will design and deliver engaging online lessons that build learners’ confidence and clarity in spoken communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting interactive live sessions, guiding learners through practical exercises, and providing constructive feedback on their performance.

The role also involves creating or adapting teaching materials, tracking learner progress, and collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum and teaching approaches. This is a full-time remote role,



requiring consistent availability for scheduled classes, meetings, and curriculum development activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent spoken English, active listening, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess Education and Teaching skills, such as lesson planning, classroom (virtual) management, and learner-centered instruction.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Research skills to develop learning materials, assessments, and evidence-based teaching strategies.
- Candidates should have experience with online teaching platforms and basic digital tools for remote instruction.
- Candidates should ideally hold a degree in Education, Communication, English, or a related field, or have equivalent teaching/training experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate patience, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to support learners of varying ages and skill levels.
- Public speaking or debate coaching experience, relevant certifications, and familiarity with e-learning best practices are beneficial.
