Role Description The Public Speaking and Communication Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing and delivering high-impact communication and public speaking sessions for students and educators. Day-to-day tasks include creating structured speaking modules, preparing presentation materials, and conducting live virtual workshops, webinars, and training sessions. The specialist will coach learners on voice modulation, clarity, confidence, storytelling, and audience engagement, while also providing constructive feedback and individualized improvement plans.





Additional responsibilities include collaborating with academic teams to integrate communication skills into curricula, developing written communication resources, and supporting organizational communication initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including public speaking, presentation delivery, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Strategic Communications and Internal Communications to align messaging with organizational goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills for creating scripts, training content, learning materials, and other communication collateral.
- Candidates should possess experience in Press Releases and external messaging to support public-facing communication, when required.
- Experience in education, training, or coaching, especially in communication or soft skills development.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse age groups.
- Comfort with digital tools and virtual training platforms; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
