- Design and implement end-to-end integration architecture between Windchill and ERP systems
- Lead Windchill-ERP integration initiatives (EBOM to MBOM, Part, Document, and Change synchronization)
- Define and implement RESTful and OData-based APIs for seamless data exchange
- Work with middleware platforms (e.g., TYK, MuleSoft, Boomi) to enable scalable integrations
- Configure and customize Windchill ESI (Enterprise Systems Integration)
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine integration requirements
- Participate in and lead interface workshops with client teams
- Ensure data consistency, governance, and lifecycle alignment across systems
- Implement error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms for integrations
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to development and client teams.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in PTC Windchill PLM (10+ years preferred)
- Proven experience in Windchill-ERP integrations (INFOR, SAP, or similar)
- Hands-on expertise in REST APIs and OData services
- Experience with middleware/API gateways (TYK preferred)
- Knowledge of Windchill ESI, Info*Engine, and web services
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns
- Experience in handling large BOM structures and change management processes
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and API security standards (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
