We are looking for an experienced Regional Head to drive retail expansion and real estate acquisition. We are specifically looking for candidates with property acquisition experience in retail, QSR, quick commerce, or tower and ATM land acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead store expansion and identify high-potential locations.
- Build strong broker, landlord and developer networks.
- Drive 15-20 site conversions per month.
- Handle site evaluation, lease negotiation and closures.
- Lead the regional expansion team and achieve rollout targets.
Requirements:
- 5 - 20 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, leasing or BD.
- Strong knowledge of Karnataka/Tamil Nadu markets.
- Proven experience in site acquisition and commercial negotiations.
- Robust leadership, networking and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
