- Identify and priorities target recent and upcoming buildings, gated communities and commercial complexes, IT Parks across the coverage area.

- Build relationships with builders, developers, RWAs, association secretaries, facility managers and property consultants.

- Negotiate and close building access agreements, MOUs and IBS/DAS arrangements, including revenue share or fixed rental models.

- Secure Right of Way permissions from existing/current operational gated communities and commercial complexes, IT Parks

- Coordinate site surveys with the Projects and NOC teams; validate feasibility, duct routes, power availability and shaft space.

- Track every project from survey to agreement to build to handover to operations.

- Engage builders at the pre-construction stage so that fiber infrastructure is embedded in the building plan.

- Maintain a building master database covering status, agreement and renewal dates,



homes passed and homes connected.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

- Demonstrated record of signing buildings or communities for a broadband or IBS operator.

- Understanding of FTTH/IBS architecture OFC, ODF, splitters, riser and shaft planning.

- Comfort dealing with government bodies and Right of Way paperwork.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with patience for long approval cycles.

- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English.

- Own vehicle with a valid driving license.
