- Manage green field projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and testing to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for new projects or expansions; monitor progress against these plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in managing green field projects in the chemicals industry.
- Robust understanding of project coordination principles and practices.
- Excellent project documentation skills; ability to create clear reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
