Title: Project Manager – Source to Pay (S2P)

: Key Responsibilities:

- Own the project plan, milestones, RAID log, and deliverables for the S2P workstream.
- Manage activities spanning Strategic Sourcing, TPRM, and procurement orchestration platforms.
- Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and TPRM teams to define future-state processes, requirements, and system configurations.
- Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation activities across multiple procurement and TPRM platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration and a cohesive end-to-end user experience across systems.
- Manage vendor master data cleanup, mapping, and migration activities in coordination with the Data workstream.
- Proactively identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and issues across platforms and drive timely resolution.
- Schedule and facilitate status meetings, domain working sessions, workshops, and steering committee meetings.
- Prepare executive-ready status reports and presentation materials.
- Present project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Track, escalate, and drive resolution of risks and issues in line with program governance standards.
- Coordinate UAT planning and execution with business process owners across Sourcing, AP, and TPRM functions.
- Support organizational change management, stakeholder communications, and end-user training.
- Ensure accurate tracking of deliverables, documentation of decisions, and validation of configuration and testing outcomes.

Program-Level Responsibilities:

- Adhere to program governance, PMO standards, reporting templates, and defined reporting cadence.
- Participate in cross-workstream coordination meetings and proactively manage interdependencies.




- Escalate risks and issues through defined governance channels in a timely manner.
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization activities for the S2P domain.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of project management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, or TPRM transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms: PeopleSoft Sourcing/Procurement, Coupa, Aravo, Zip, or comparable sourcing, TPRM, or orchestration platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including strategic sourcing, purchase order creation, three-way matching, invoice-to-pay, and third-party/vendor risk management.
- Experience managing multi-system and multi-stakeholder workstreams with significant interdependencies.
- Solid experience in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, UAT, and stakeholder management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Experience preparing and delivering steering committee-level presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across Sourcing, AP, TPRM, Vendor Management, IT, and Data teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in configuration decisions, testing outcomes, and data migration activities.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work proactively and independently across different time zones with global stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
