Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery across markets, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation in line with agreed governance frameworks

- Own project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with government and state lottery client stakeholders at both technical and executive levels, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

- Provide explicit, structured progress reporting to internal leadership and clients, including risk and issue escalation, milestone tracking, and executive-level status updates

- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans,



working closely with engineering and operations teams to define feasible, long-term delivery approaches

- Develop a thorough understanding of product and solution requirements including deployment environments, performance criteria, integration constraints, and end-user considerations to ensure delivery outcomes meet client expectations

- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies, industry standards, and regulatory developments within the lottery and gaming sector to inform sound project decision-making
