The Program Test Manager in partnership with our SI partner will be responsible for the end to end test management of our global SAP transformation program.

He/she will refine, own and deliver the program test strategy, and all testing deliverables, ensuring the overall testing approach is optimised and utilises leading practices to effectively test, de-risk and quality assure the global implementation. This critical role will require excellent stakeholder management skills, solid SAP test management experience, and experience of delivering multiple global, SAP transformation roll-out programs across a wide portfolio of the latest SAP Cloud products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own, plan, execute and deliver to a successful outcome, the RTR and FP&A; workstream activities within Program Optimus whilst ensuring outstanding planning and monitoring of the plan across the RTR and FP&A; workstreams Proactively monitors and manages the progress incl. open items, mitigates risks, resolves issues, manages decisions and dependencies and initiates appropriate corrective actions

Ensures effective and consistent quality assurance, whilst maintaining the overall integrity of the RTR and FP&A; workstreams, activities and plans

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge, utilising techniques and standards throughout the entire project / program execution and researching PMO and industry best practice to introduce ways to exploit our business benefit and value




- Maintaining alignment with the PMO governance, methodology, tools and framework as set out for the Program
- Management of 3rd party suppliers and contractors to deliver upon the agreed scope of work and participate in vendor management forums where applicable
- Work with the Product Delivery Team on their level 3 & 4 plans and provide visibility of the resource allocation through the duration, to the Product Delivery Lead, Wave Delivery Director, Program Planner and relevant stakeholders, whilst maintaining alignment to the level 1 Program plan
- Deliver a forward looking workstream plan, aligned to the PMO Integrated Plan
- Work with local Wave PMs to ensure availability of LPOs / BAs and mitigate conflicts
- Organisation of Activities and Tasks related to Cross Workstream Topics
- Track and Report progress (Plan vs. Actual) to a wide range of stakeholders and the PMO. Ensure daily stand-ups, weekly meetings and Steering Committee meetings are facilitated, well attended, with concise and accurate information presented for each Track within the OTC, STP and FTS workstreams.
- Manage and execute one or more projects within the portfolio.

May be required to work with one or more project managers to execute projects executed within the portfolio.

- Strategises the project execution within a portfolio to achieve the portfolio objective, report and track against that objective, whilst aligning to the PMO standards. Ensure that project / program governance is strictly adhered to and projects / programs are compliant. Provide the required inputs to the project assurance partner(s).
- Deliver Post Implementation Reports, Lessons Learnt, Achievements,



Improvements and apply these in subsequent waves / projects
- Establish the standard practice wherein each project has thought about the customer experience and outcomes for the project, whilst being a thought leader for end-to-end project and program management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Management, Delivery and Implementation experience
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience advantageous, RTR and FP&A; functional and / or technical experience advantageous.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects from scratch – concept to implementation
- Proven experience in handling diverse projects in different domains (Infra, EUS, Application, ERP, SAP S/4HANA Transformation etc.) and ability to apply the required methodology of PMO practices with different on-ground challenges for each project / domain
- Ability to proactively take total accountability on projects, negotiate and positively influence stakeholders / escalate when needed
- Ability to run multiple workstreams concurrently and to manage competing priorities
- A highly collaborative work style with the ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix organisation
- Experience of working with teams in multiple locations and remotely
- Excellent coaching / mentoring skills, self-motivated, highly collaborative and flexible
- Leadership skills and has a passion for team building
- Thirst for knowledge, questions, seeks to understand and continue to learn. Excited by and keeps up to date with latest technology developments.

- Ability to lead the delivery teams, work with global stakeholders across different time zones and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Valuable knowledge of Quality Assurance Techniques and implementation
- Proficient in project management tools & techniques (e.g., MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, Jira, etc.)
- Should have deep understanding of DevOps, Scaled Agile and standard Project Management techniques
