Designation: Project Manager

Experience: 6-8 years

Location: Mumbai

(JD):

- Develop and track a project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project
- Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs
- Direct trade planners in the development of shop drawings and coordinate the planning efforts with other trades
- Develop the piping trade construction standards for the project
- Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
- Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety
- Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction
- Create project documentation and participate in customer interaction
- Manage large jobs with minimal supervision o Estimate changes in scope of work

Requirements:

- 6-8 years experience in commercial HVAC projects with all systems , VRV, AHU , CHILLERS
- H L , & L S works , Handling Multiple projects on a pro active basis not reactive.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organization skills
- Solid knowledge of the PRE – DURING -HANDOVER with AMC , AS BUILT process

Designation: Project Head Experience: 12–18 Years

Location: Mumbai (Travel as per business requirements)

(JD):

- Project planning & execution across multiple sites.
- Lead Project Managers,



Engineers and Coordinators.
- Budgeting, cost control and profitability monitoring.
- Client relationship and stakeholder management.
- Vendor, subcontractor and procurement management.
- Quality, safety and statutory compliance.
- Project monitoring, MIS reporting and risk management.
- Contract administration, billing and collections.
- Technical leadership for VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, Ducting & Piping.
- Continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred
- Experience: 12–18 years in HVAC projects with leadership experience
- Skills: Leadership, Communication, MS Project/Primavera, ERP, Cost Control, Contract Management, Client Management.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
