About The Job:

- Responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering small to medium-sized business and technology projects that support strategic business objectives.

- Apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

- Effectively manage stakeholder engagement, project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Job Functions:

Project Planning & Execution

- Partner with business stakeholders and project sponsors to identify, define, and initiate projects.

- Develop project charters, business cases, project schedules, work breakdown structures, and deployment plans.

- Establish project governance, communication, reporting, and escalation frameworks.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closure.

- Track project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure timely completion.

- Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with project sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to secure project approvals, resources, and ongoing support.

- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee meetings, workshops, and decision-making forums.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare and present project status updates, key decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment on project priorities and outcomes.

Resource & Team Management

- Define project team roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and accountability.

- Coordinate with resource managers to secure appropriate project resources and required skills.

- Allocate and manage project resources effectively to support delivery timelines and objectives.

- Provide performance feedback to project team members and resource managers as required.

- Foster collaboration, accountability, and effective communication across project teams.





- Support team members in resolving delivery challenges and removing project-related blockers.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

- Identify, assess, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.

- Maintain comprehensive risk, issue, dependency, and action logs.

- Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans for identified project risks.

- Facilitate timely resolution and escalation of critical issues and project blockers.

- Lead scope and change management processes and obtain required approvals for project changes.

- Assess the impact of proposed changes on scope, schedule, cost, resources, and project benefits.

- Ensure approved changes are properly documented and incorporated into project plans.

Financial & Performance Management

- Develop and monitor project budgets in alignment with approved business cases and financial targets.

- Track project costs, timelines, resource utilization, and overall project performance.

- Monitor project progress against established KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Identify variances and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance.

- Manage project benefits realization and ROI throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide accurate financial and performance reporting to project sponsors and senior stakeholders.

Quality & Governance

- Develop testing, implementation, deployment, and transition strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, policies, methodologies, and governance requirements.

- Conduct project quality reviews, stage-gate assessments, readiness reviews, and project health checks.

- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.

- Conduct project closeout activities, including lessons learned, benefits assessment, and final stakeholder sign-off.

- Secure, organize, and archive all required project approvals, documentation, and supporting evidence.





- Ensure project records are maintained accurately and are readily available for audit and governance purposes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 15+ years of total professional experience, including at least 10 years of hands-on project management experience.

- Proven experience managing small to medium-sized business and technology projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.

- Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

- Solid communication, stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior business and technology stakeholders.

- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
