Purpose

The Biztech Program Manager role will act as a “trusted partner” to the business units. The individual will focus on planning and executing Project activities that fits into the overall business strategy. The incumbent will have to understand business challenges, priorities, and work with stakeholders to solve issues while delivering to the projects on-time, budget, and expectation.

The individual will work with the Technology business partner to promote technology services and capabilities and provide support in delivering technology.

Key Responsibilities

- End to end project delivery of projects assigned to the role in alignment with strategy.
- PMO – Project management office for IT projects across functions
- Understanding Twining Ovo company goals, strategic plans, challenges, and capability and plan project delivery
- Track, Enable & Drive Portfolio of all assigned projects across Markets (size and complexity may vary)
- Establish Governance framework and drive right processes/ methodology/ tools for the portfolio across stakeholders

Project / Program Management:

- End to end project management from a business case to the end of benefit realization phase of the project
- Working with business stakeholders on conversion of business case into a project, return on investment identification, budget provision, estimation of the project, assign resources and requirements of the project
- Work with various functional teams, vendor teams,



diverse array of talents who could be part of project execution as a resource or a service. Track and escalate the progress, manage vendor relations for the project
- Manage and track project progress, cost, risk, issues, decisions & assumptions. Intensive project planning and risk planning is expected to ensure successful completion of the project.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program/project status throughout its life cycle to wider range of stakeholders. Ensure daily stand-ups, weekly meetings and Steering Committee meetings are presented and well attended

- Manage and execute multiple & concurrent projects under the portfolio and represent portfolio to the respective stakeholders. May have to work with one or more project managers to get projects executed under the portfolio
- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects. Assess program performance and aim to maximize the ROI
- Strategies the project execution under a portfolio to achieve portfolio objective, report, and track against that objective
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project / program execution
- Ensure that project/ program governance is strictly adhered to, and project / programs are compliant

Project Management Office Responsibilities:

- Establish the standard practice that each project has thought about the customer experience, and it is a part of the business case leading to a project
- Bring in the thought leadership in end to end to project and program management
- Bring in the best practices and establish formal process of adopting to such practices
- Contribute into establishing project management office, its SOP, governance model and reporting mechanism by stablishing metrics and measurements
- Proven experience in rolling out project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheets




- Drive change management with various stakeholders by creating win-win standards & flexibility while truly focusing on value addition to business & getting the first-time yield right on projects

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience/ Attainments

- Experienced in project / program management techniques and methods - includes ability to gather quality business requirements, analyse these to devise solutions, change management, identifying project risks, impacts and mitigating actions and translate them into application and operational requirements
- PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / SAFe etc certifications will be added advantage
- Self-managed and motivated, able to prioritise and ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
- Strong customer focus, stakeholder communication, seeks to make robust relationships, and can be relied upon to resolve
- Strong IT financial/budget management skills
- Ability to influence decision making, comfortable with challenging for a better result Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to work with multiple cultures and across multiple countries and remotely
- Ability to build trusted relationships with peers and third parties
- Awareness of FMCG / functional domains
