Job Summary:

Task Force Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager Interior Fit-Out to manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects from planning through successful handover.

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, client and consultant coordination, resource management, cost control, quality, safety, documentation, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects within approved timelines, budgets, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, execution plans, milestones, manpower, material, and resource requirements.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, PMC teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Conduct project review meetings, monitor progress, identify execution challenges, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams for timely availability of materials and project resources.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, variations, change orders, and additional scope to maintain cost efficiency.
- Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance for quality and timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements, HSE standards, contractual requirements, and client specifications.
- Lead and coordinate Site Engineers,



Supervisors, Safety Officers, vendors, subcontractors, and project execution teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, project documentation, approvals, variations, and site records.
- Manage snagging, final inspections, testing/commissioning where applicable, project close-out, and client handover.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Project Management.
- Proven experience managing commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, and/or healthcare interior projects.
- Solid experience coordinating multiple clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
