Project Manager Location: India Primary Skills: Program Management, Data Transformation Delivery, Stakeholder Management, SDLC Governance Secondary Skills: AWS, Power BI, Snowflake, Data Engineering, Agile/Waterfall, Risk & Compliance Management Grade: G8 – G9 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy workloads into a scalable, automated, and AI-ready cloud data environment. The role requires solid program governance, stakeholder coordination, transformation wave planning, and risk management to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant execution across the data platform modernization lifecycle.

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management across assessment, migration, automation, deployment, and stabilization phases of the data transformation program. Define project roadmap, delivery milestones, resource plans, and transformation timelines aligned with business priorities and operational SLAs. Drive coordination across architecture,



data engineering, analytics, testing, automation, and business SME teams.

Establish project governance frameworks including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change management, and escalation processes. Oversee data migration, ETL/ELT modernization, automation integration, and production readiness sign-offs. Monitor budget, resource utilization, and cost governance aligned to transformation and automation objectives.

Ensure compliance with data security, governance, HIPAA/PHI standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Support the adoption of agentic AI, self-service analytics, and automation-led process optimization.

Drive adoption of modern tech stacks including AWS, Snowflake, Power BI, and domain-specific AI solutions.
