- Manage complete lifecycle of CCTV projects: requirement gathering, design, installation, testing, and handover.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Provide training and guidance to technicians and support staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee maintenance contracts and ensure system uptime through proactive monitoring.
Preferred candidate profile |
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in CCTV project management or security systems.
- Solid knowledge of CCTV hardware, networking, and surveillance technologies.
- Excellent project planning, execution, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
