Role & responsibilities

Store requirements

- Align to projection of store opening for the next 6 months

- Coordinate with VM, Marketing, Space planning team to understand requirements

- Recommend changes in cost, space and service planning

- Handle franchisee modules to manage, connect and align with focus on cost

Project planning

- Conduct Initial assessment of the store space

- Ensure right space planning, optimized execution and allocate budget

- Frame project schedule and focus on critical node

- Control service correctness of the space

- Ensure overall safety setting of the space

- Allocate space, quantify elements - fixture, signage, faade etc

- Invite tenders for non standard items to optimize on costs

- Share primary quotes with finance and work out order

Project execution





- Revisit allocation of responsibilities if there are constraints

- Report deviations from budget

- Weekly meets to handle issues, for coordination and to assess quantum of work

- Plan delivery schedule, ensure delivery and cash flow management

- Prioritize projects and issues with resource optimization

- Certify the vendor bills

- Use MS project to shrink the schedules

- Weekly reporting of projects status to the Head of Projects

Maintenance

- Develop maintenance resources at store and at regional level

People management

- Plan, organize, motivate, recognize and train people for meeting and exceeding performance expectations
