Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction, renovation, refurbishment, maintenance, and civil projects across multiple properties and business verticals.
- Supervise site execution, quality, timelines, and overall project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and site teams.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, quotations, and material requirements.
- Monitor project costs, measurements, contractor bills, and material usage.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide regular project progress updates to management.
- Travel to project sites across Chennai and other branches/properties across India as required.

Requirements




- 10+ years of relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, or project execution.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Robust hands-on experience in construction and site management.
- Good knowledge of BOQs, estimation, materials, and project execution.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
