Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage industrial construction projects in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, team management, planning, coordination, quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute industrial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Lead and supervise a team of 20–25+ employees/workforce across project functions.
- Plan project activities, schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure proper site coordination.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and company requirements.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress reports to management.
- Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining the project within the approved budget.
- Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth execution of all construction activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project handover.





Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant qualification.
- 12–15 years of total experience in construction/project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction projects is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing a team of 20–25 or more employees/workforce.
- Experience in handling large-scale industrial projects from execution to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, construction methods, quality, and safety.
- Good client handling, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
