Role & responsibilities A Project Manager (PM) for high-rise construction overseas planning, execution, and closing while managing unique vertical challenges like complex logistics, high-altitude safety, structural engineering coordination etc.

Pre-Construction & Planning

- Feasibility & Permits: Obtain municipal building approvals, environmental clearances, and zoning permits.
- Scope & Design Review: Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to finalize building blueprints, concrete pumping strategies, and tower crane positioning.
- Budget & Procurement: Draft the baseline budget, select sub-contractors, and secure long-lead materials (curtain walls, elevators, specialized steel).

Vertical Logistics & In office Execution

- Vertical Transportation: Manage hoist schedules, concrete pumping logistics, and tower crane operations to move materials and labor efficiently up high elevations.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor core wall casting, post-tension slab stress tests, facade panel installation, and MEP riser alignment.
- Schedule Tracking: Maintain Critical Path Method (CPM)



schedules to align structural framing with internal fit-outs.

Safety, Risk & Compliance

- High-Altitude Safety: Enforce strict fall protection, edge safety barriers, wind load monitoring, and emergency evacuation protocols for high-elevation work.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety codes, and environmental laws.
- Risk Mitigation: Manage weather disruptions (high wind/storm safety for cranes) and site constraints in urban dense zones.

Financial & Stakeholder Management

- Cost Control: Approve payment applications, manage change orders, and prevent budget overruns.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between real estate developers, consultants, municipal authorities, and site engineers.
