About the Role

Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Commercial Interiors who can independently manage and coordinate commercial interior projects from planning to final handover.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of commercial interior projects and experience coordinating design, execution, vendors, contractors, clients and internal teams.

Commercial interior experience is mandatory. Candidates with only civil construction or residential site-supervision experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and coordinate commercial interior projects from start to completion.
- Understand project scope, drawings, BOQ, material specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, clients, vendors and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per committed schedules.
- Coordinate execution activities with the relevant teams while maintaining project quality.
- Review drawings and identify design/execution issues before and during execution.
- Prepare and track project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate material requirements, procurement and vendor deliveries.
- Manage multiple vendors and contractors involved in commercial interior projects.




- Conduct regular project follow-ups and maintain proper progress updates.
- Handle client communication, site-related coordination and project updates professionally.
- Identify delays, dependencies and execution issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification and final project handover.
- Maintain project documentation, measurements, work updates and completion records.
- Work closely with the management and internal team to ensure smooth project execution.

Mandatory Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant Project Management experience.
- Commercial interior project experience is compulsory.
- Strong understanding of office, corporate, retail or other commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of interior execution, materials, drawings and project coordination.
- Experience handling contractors, vendors and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling and execution.
- Ability to independently take responsibility for project progress and completion.




- Candidates must be comfortable working in a quick-paced commercial interior environment.

Qualification Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field will be preferred.
