Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of a large-scale Agentic AI program in the telecom domain, focused on Autonomous Network Operations. The role involves driving cross-functional teams across AI development, platform engineering, QA, DevOps, and business functions to deliver against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives, while keeping risks, dependencies, and stakeholders managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource plans, and project schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies,



and change requests.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates.
- Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, release management, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and technical standards.
- Track project metrics, identify delivery risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, release planning, deployment activities, and production rollouts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team effectiveness.

Requirements and Skills

Must Have:

- 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 4+ years as a Technical Project Manager.
- Strong experience managing large-scale application development, system integration, or technology transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management,



communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong project planning, estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management capabilities.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and modern application architectures.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to improve project planning, reporting, risk management, and team productivity.

Good to Have:

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
- Knowledge of data management, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience working with global teams and distributed delivery models.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or systems integration.
