Location: Delhi / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and brand-aligned QSR designs, including layouts, materials, colour schemes and overall

aesthetics.

- Optimize kitchen, seating and customer flow for operational efficiency and customer comfort.

- Ensure consistent integration of brand identity, signage and design elements across stores.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors and project teams for project execution.

- Plan and manage commercial projects including new store openings, remodels and relocations.

- Define project timelines, budgets and resource requirements.

- Manage project budgets and ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Licensing teams.

- Conduct regular meetings with vendors and contractors to monitor project progress and resolve issues.

Implement quality control measures and ensure design and execution standards are maintained.

- Manage project documentation, timelines,



vendor coordination and site execution.

Functional / Technical Competencies

- Strong decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Good verbal, written and presentation skills.

- Solid project planning and execution capabilities.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Architect

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in restaurant design, retail design or QSR projects, preferably within

QSR/F&B.;

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software.

- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen layouts, space planning and furniture design.

- Experience in store rollout, project execution, vendor/contractor management and site coordination.

- Preferred Industry: QSR / F&B; / Hospitality / Retail

- Other Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively.
