About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Lead to lead and manage communication and campaign-related activities for a railway-sector project. The individual will serve as the focal point of contact with the Railway Zone and will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing the campaign team, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and the Railway Zone for all project and campaign-related communication.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of communication and awareness campaigns.
- Function as the Campaign Manager-cum-Team Leader, providing direction and supervision to the project team.
- Coordinate with Railway officials and internal teams to understand requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
- Develop campaign strategies, communication plans, timelines, and execution frameworks.
- Supervise content, social media, PR, creative, and other communication activities associated with the project.
- Ensure all campaign materials and communications are aligned with the approved objectives, guidelines, and requirements of the Railway Zone.
- Monitor campaign progress, identify challenges, and ensure timely resolution of issues.




- Conduct regular team meetings, allocate responsibilities, and track individual and team performance.
- Prepare and present project updates, campaign reports, and performance summaries to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of project activities, communications, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of communication, PR, media, and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team-management, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to interact professionally with senior government/railway officials and other stakeholders.
- Robust organizational and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in handling government, public-sector, railway, or large-scale communication projects will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a confident and responsible communication professional with 5 years of relevant experience, capable of independently managing stakeholder coordination, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
