Drive project timelines and monitor resource deployment, including tracking project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with site teams to develop site-specific execution plans and progress schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, Finance, Construction and other relevant functions.
Coordinate with third-party stakeholders such as EPC contractors, suppliers, engineering consultants and inspection agencies.
Act as the communication bridge between project teams, contractors, suppliers, consultants and other departments to ensure transparent and timely communication.
Address site-level issues, particularly those related to Head Office, including supply, engineering and commercial matters.
Assist in tracking project budgets, raising purchase requisitions in SAP and monitoring ordering progress.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure regular updation of project progress reports.
Coordinate processing of vendor and sub-contractor bills to support project cash flow management.
Coordinate with stakeholders for statutory compliances and track Right-of-Way (RoW) acquisition.
Preferred candidate profile
6-10 years of relevant experience in project management/execution, preferably in power transmission line projects.
Experience in 400/765 kV transmission line projects.
Basic understanding of transmission line configurations, conductor types, towers and related project execution aspects.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to monitor timelines, milestones, resources and deliverables.
Experience in coordinating with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, suppliers and inspection agencies.
Valuable understanding of project documentation, progress monitoring and reporting frameworks.
Exposure to SAP for purchase requisitions and tracking of ordering progress.
Ability to coordinate vendor/sub-contractor billing and support project cash flow requirements.
Exposure to statutory compliance coordination and Right-of-Way (RoW) acquisition activities.
