1. Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, execute and monitor interior projects at site, ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project timelines.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Project Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute interior fit-out works as per project schedule.
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks and site issues and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure proper sequence of activities to avoid rework and delays.

B. Site Supervision
- Supervise civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, glass, metal and other interior works.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment required at site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check measurements and workmanship at different stages of execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and site workers.

C. Drawing & Technical Coordination
- Study and understand architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with the Design/Technical team regarding drawing clarifications.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are available at site.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and communicate them to the concerned team.




- Coordinate site measurements and prepare/verify requirements based on drawings.

D. Material & Resource Management
- Prepare material requirements based on project needs.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores departments for timely material availability.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure materials received at site match approved specifications.
- Report shortages, damages or quality issues immediately.

E. Quality Control
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks during execution.
- Identify defects and ensure rectification within the required time.
- Minimize rework, material wastage and workmanship defects.
- Maintain required inspection and quality records.

F. Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Design, PPC, Purchase, Stores, Production, Accounts and other departments.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors as required.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project requirements to the execution team.
- Follow up on pending approvals, materials, drawings and site decisions.

G. Project Cost & Productivity
- Monitor material usage and manpower productivity.




- Control unnecessary material wastage and rework.
- Support quantity verification and measurement activities.
- Inform the Project Manager about additional requirements and potential cost implications.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.

H. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure workers follow site safety rules and company policies.
- Ensure appropriate PPE is used at the site.
- Report unsafe conditions, accidents and near misses immediately.
- Maintain valuable housekeeping and safe working conditions.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with applicable site safety requirements.

I. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Maintain site records, measurements, checklists and work-status reports.
- Record manpower deployment and material requirements.
- Maintain snag lists and monitor closure of pending items.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, delays and site issues.

J. Project Handover
- Coordinate completion of all interior works before handover.
- Prepare and monitor snag/punch-point lists.
- Ensure all defects and pending works are closed.
- Support final measurements and documentation.
- Coordinate with the client/consultant for final inspection and handover.

- Completion of project within agreed timeline.
- Quality of workmanship and reduction in rework.
- Effective manpower utilization.
- Material wastage control

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
