- Project Planning / Project Budgeting Execution, Billing &
- Monitor complete site activities, BOQ's and prepare cost estimate and project schedule

- Align the design and construction plans to the overall projects and suggest corrective measures

- Hold necessary site meeting with all/required contractors and clients.

- Coordination with Sub-Contractors, Labor, Client, Architects, Consultant &

- PMC’S.

- Overall Project Management from marking to till site handover.

- Finalize the overall project plan for construction and fit-out with the vendors

- Control and optimize construction costs and quality of work

- Monitor each site/location to ensure that the progress of the project and fit-out is in line with the plans

- Responsible for Site Billing and handover of project, P&L; of project with client satisfaction and approval.

- Formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and Company

- Implementing an appropriate and effective project or program management framework for corporate interior/exterior fit-out projects.

- Manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities.

- Support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.

- Monitor project budget including risk allowance and control changes or variations

- Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.

- Responsible for supporting in negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects

- Responsible for project approval and project briefing (Design/scope of work) with Clients/Architect.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
