Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings in line with project specifications and data centre requirements

- Coordinate with MEP, structural, BIM, and vendor teams to ensure integrated design delivery

- Support site teams by providing clarifications, design modifications, and technical inputs during construction

- Ensure compliance with international data centre standards, building codes, and client specifications

- Participate in design review meetings and resolve interdisciplinary clashes (BIM coordination)

- Monitor design changes and maintain proper revision control and documentation

- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely design submissions aligned with construction schedules

- Review materials, finishes,



and architectural elements suitable for critical infrastructure (data centres / high rise buildings )

- Assist in value engineering initiatives without compromising functionality or compliance

- Support vendor drawings approval and ensure alignment with approved design

Experience Requirements

- B.Arch with 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and execution.

- Prior experience in data center/high-rise projects/commercial projects is highly preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit;

experience in large-scale or mission-critical projects preferred.

- Exposure to large-scale construction projects with site coordination experience
