Job Title: Program Manager - OYO

Location: Gurugram, India

Shift: US Shift

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end strategic programs across G6 Hospitality's US property and franchise network.
- Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with US-based franchisees, property owners, operations teams, and corporate stakeholders.
- Drive successful onboarding and implementation of new franchise/property initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Franchise Development, Operations, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Legal teams.
- Track program performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify operational gaps, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, MIS reports, business reviews, and executive updates.
- Analyze property and program performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency across programs.
- Manage escalations and ensure effective communication between India-based teams and US stakeholders.
- Support rollout of new products, systems, processes, and business initiatives across the US portfolio.




- Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and maintain action trackers to ensure accountability.
- Ensure programs comply with G6 Hospitality's operational and quality standards.
- Travel to the US may be required based on business requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Hospitality Operations, or Franchise Operations.
- Experience in the US hospitality/franchise industry will be highly preferred.
- Strong experience managing multiple cross-functional projects/programs.
- Experience working with US-based stakeholders or clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar is an advantage.
