Responsibilities
- Deliver recent product, upgrades, refresh meeting ontime QCD targets Gate adherence.
- Develop platform strategy and technology road map for product ladder maximise platform, modality and commonisation
- Facilitate CFT team for achieving project KPIs conflict resolution
- Develop Road map takes new initiatives for cost reduction, Quality improvement and time to market
- Demonstrate leadership and executive presence in senior management reviews.
- Stake holder management of functions like RD COC, Quality, Production engineering, supply chain, Software development, Marketing Service
- Budget planning and control
- Institutionalize digital maturity of business processes through simplification and reengineering
