We've already completed thousands of jobs with exceptional customer satisfaction — and we're just getting started. /n THE JOB /n Launch a two-wheeler financing program for home service experts (plumbers, electricians, etc.).

Experts currently walk/cycle between jobs, wasting time and limiting earnings. We're financing bikes so they work faster and earn more. /n You'll own everything: negotiate with financing partners, onboard experts, track daily progress, solve problems, scale if it works. /n WHAT YOU'LL DO /n /n

- Partner with financing companies & two-wheeler vendors

- Identify and onboard 100 experts (Month 1-3)

- Track daily metrics: Are experts earning more? Working longer? Happy?

/n

- Visit experts 2-3 days/week, understand ground reality

/n

- Scale to 100% adoption within experts if pilot succeeds

- 2-3 years in a fast-moving company (food delivery, mobility, fintech)

- Robust with numbers, comfortable with ambiguity
