Role OverviewThe Program Manager will take overall responsibility for planning, managing, strengthening, and expanding the outreach programs of Healing Nest Foundation. The role will work across our key initiatives — Titli School, Hands of Dignity, and Mental Health Awareness & Mobilisation — with the aim of creating sustainable, impactful, and scalable programs.

The Program Manager will work closely with the Foundation Director, mental health team, community partners, volunteers, donors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. Program Management & Enrichment

- Take day-to-day responsibility for the smooth functioning of HNF outreach programs.
- Monitor ongoing activities and identify ways to make programs more meaningful, structured, and impactful.
- Develop new activities, workshops, partnerships, and initiatives to strengthen existing programs.
- Maintain program plans, calendars, documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure that program objectives and outcomes are being tracked regularly.

2. Fundraising & Grant Development

- Identify suitable grants, CSR opportunities, foundations, and individual donors for HNF programs.
- Research and reach out to potential funding partners.
- Prepare concept notes, proposals, budgets, presentations, and grant applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and CSR partners.
- Develop sustainable funding models for Titli, Hands of Dignity, and mental health initiatives.
- Support donor reporting and communication on program impact.

3. Outreach & New Opportunities

- Identify new organisations, schools, corporates, NGOs, communities, and institutions for collaboration.




- Initiate conversations and develop partnerships that can expand the reach of HNF programs.
- Explore opportunities to take existing programs to new locations and communities.
- Represent Healing Nest Foundation in relevant meetings, events, networking opportunities, and outreach platforms.

4. Social Media & Communication

- Take ownership of HNF Foundation-related social media communication.
- Plan and coordinate regular content around programs, activities, impact stories, events, and campaigns.
- Work with the mental health team to develop meaningful mental health awareness content.
- Coordinate photographs, videos, stories, testimonials, and program updates.
- Ensure that HNF's work, impact, and opportunities for collaboration are communicated clearly and consistently.

5. Team & Volunteer Coordination

- Coordinate with the HNF mental health team and program teams for outreach activities.
- Work with volunteers, interns, and external professionals involved in Foundation programs.
- Ensure transparent communication, planning, and follow-up across different initiatives.
- Support the team in organising workshops, campaigns, community activities, and events.

6. Documentation & Impact

- Maintain systematic records of program activities, beneficiaries, partnerships, funding, and outcomes.
- Collect stories and data that demonstrate the impact of HNF's work.




- Prepare monthly and periodic program updates for the Foundation leadership, donors, and partners.
- Contribute to annual reports, newsletters, presentations, and impact reports.

Key ProgramsThe Program Manager will primarily work across:
- Titli School – inclusive education and development support for children from underserved communities.
- Hands of Dignity – livelihood and handwork initiative supporting sustainability and community participation.
- Mental Health Awareness & Mobilisation – awareness, workshops, training, and mental health outreach across schools, workplaces, communities, and partner organisations.

What We Are Looking ForQualification: Masters in Social work or any allied subject. Minimum work experience working in an NGO for 1 year. Freshers can also apply
- Strong organisational and program management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and take initiatives forward.
- Interest in social impact, child development, education, and mental health.
- Ability to write proposals, concept notes, reports, and professional communication.
- Basic understanding of fundraising, CSR, grants, and donor engagement.
- Comfort with social media planning and content coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach.

Work Schedule6 days a week The role requires a person who is willing to take ownership of the Foundation's programs, rather than only execute assigned tasks. The expectation is to build, strengthen, connect, and grow HNF's outreach work over time.
