Position Objective

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technology programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating global stakeholders, driving execution, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs across multiple workstreams.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and external vendors.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Drive governance through regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
- Monitor program KPIs and delivery metrics to improve execution.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper impact assessment.




- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
- Support continuous process improvement and Agile delivery practices.

- Experience managing global healthcare or life sciences technology programs.
- Exposure to cloud transformation, digital platforms, or enterprise application implementations.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification is preferred.
