Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage international freight forwarding projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for internal use by the team and external distribution to clients.

- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in program & project management or related field.

- Strong understanding of international operations, particularly in freight forwarding industry.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients and partners.

- Proficiency in PMO management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
